About Us
Johnstson sound was founded back in 2019 by a couple of our current members to fill the gap that other media companies missed out on. Johnstone has always been on the edge of Scottish broadcasters. For one of our members this project was a dream he had when he was 10 years old, that Johnstone would have its own radio station. With the help of the community that dream became reality.
AWESOME FEATURE
The idea of a Radio academy came from the current membership of the station, who felt it would be great to have more of the local community involved in the station.

We are a non profit group, we don’t charge a large amount in fees, we love to pass on our memberships experience as we have a vast knowledge of the radio industry across our membership, from working with the BBC and local Radio, they would like to help share their expertise
